materials to Interview Monster, except for personal information governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription Services
Your subscription to the Services will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. To
access the Services, you must have a valid Payment Method, which we will charge upon renewal. Subscriptions are
non-refundable, including renewals. We may change subscription plans and pricing with at least 30 days notice,
allowing you to cancel before the new price takes effect.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from or related to these
Terms, your use or inability to use the Services, or any information contained therein. This includes, without
limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury, even if we were advised of the possibility
of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interview Monster and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and
agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services, your
breach of these Terms, or any infringement of third-party rights.
10. Early Stage Service Notice
The Services are in early development and may experience stability issues or downtime. The Services and all
Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or conditions of any kind. We disclaim all
warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted access.
11. Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Legal actions must be brought in California
courts.
b. Notice of Dispute
Before initiating a claim, please contact us at support@interviewmonster.com with a description and documentation
of the
dispute. Both parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 60 days.
c. Arbitration
Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Delaware under
the American Arbitration Association’s rules. Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
d. Waiver of Class Action
Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to bring claims as a class member in any class
action proceeding.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of
these external sites, nor for any terms and conditions applicable to them. Use external links at your own risk.
13. Assignment
These Terms, and any rights granted hereunder, may not be transferred by you. We reserve the right to assign these
Terms without restriction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

These Terms, along with any referenced agreements, represent the full agreement between you and us regarding the
Services.

No waiver by us of any provision or right under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any further rights or
provisions.
17. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for users 18 years or older. By using the Services, you affirm that you meet this age
requirement. If users under 18 are found to be using the Services, we may terminate their accounts and delete
associated data.
